About This Product

This is a sandwich-structured panel made of honeycomb-shaped aluminum foil material and aluminum surface material bonded together using a sheet of adhesive. It is lightweight, yet has high strength and rigidity. Features

■Stable quality

The aluminum honeycomb panel "ALUCORE", which is always in stock at Nikkal Shoko, is the only panel in the world that is manufactured using a continuous production method and has excellent, stable quality.

■High durability

The thermoplastic adhesive used for aluminum honeycomb panels is elastic and highly durable, making it easy to perform post-processing such as bending.

■High quality painting

The surface of the aluminum honeycomb panel is baked with polyester resin or fluororesin (custom made). These coatings are applied to the aluminum coils before serial production, resulting in consistent quality.

■High rigidity

The surface material is a thin aluminum plate, and the interior uses a thin aluminum honeycomb core, making it extremely lightweight and highly rigid.

■Flatness

The honeycomb core is cut very precisely with the foil stacked on top of each other, resulting in a uniform height. This honeycomb core and surface material are bonded with high precision, resulting in good surface smoothness.

■High recyclability

The adhesive used for aluminum honeycomb panels is polyethylene-based. Waste honeycomb panels and scraps generated during the processing of honeycomb panels can be disposed of without the need for separation.
