About This Product

■Main features

・Uses 100% natural cotton non-woven fabric on the surface of the sheets, which has excellent initial water absorption. ・A film with excellent strength is used on the back of the sheets, which not only reinforces the non-woven fabric but also has a waterproof function. ・As it is a natural fiber, it has a heat retention effect and has a gentle and soft texture when it comes in contact with the skin. ・The sheets have excellent strength* in both pulling and tearing. *Load capacity 150Kg/Safe load 100Kg - Anti-slip function added to the back of the sheet with anti-slip treatment. ・Does not generate harmful gases such as dioxins when incinerated.

■Function as stretcher sheets for ambulances

MIT sheets have been used in more than 100,000 fire departments. (Survey *2,024 until the end of March)

■Water absorption

[Purpose] Control of contamination due to body fluid outflow and vomit The surface of MIT sheets is 100% natural fiber cotton. This material reacts quickly, and while liquid temporarily spreads, it absorbs water well and has excellent water retention properties, which prevents contamination from spreading again. Unlike synthetic fibers, it feels warm to the touch and does not cause allergies.

■Waterproof

[Purpose] Prevention of pollution diffusion A waterproof film is placed on the back side of the water absorbent sheet. Therefore, there is no need to worry about liquid leaking directly into the mat, suppressing the spread of contamination.

■Slip resistance

[Purpose] Controlling the risk of slipping and falling An anti-slip film is placed on the back side of the sheet that does not come into contact with the patient. By suppressing the friction that occurs between the sheets and the mat, it prevents accidents that occur when patients fall.

■Strength

[Purpose] Change body position and transfer from a stretcher to a hospital bed while wearing sheets. MIT sheets have excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, and impact strength both vertically and horizontally, and can also serve as a temporary stretcher when transferred to a bed. MIT sheets can also be used for treatment, nursing care, and disaster stockpiling.
