About This Product

■Applications

Preventing condensation, mold, and rust in marine shipping containers, storage areas, warehouses, etc.

■Features

・About 5 times more moisture absorption than silica gel *Confident in cost performance. ・Large capacity and compact size that does not take up much space. ・Due to gelation (solidification), moisture absorption status can be easily determined. ・Uses high-performance non-woven fabric that does not allow water to pass through and has high moisture permeability. - Adopts a special hanging net that emphasizes moisture absorption speed and maximizes moisture absorption surface. *Comparing moisture absorption capacity per unit weight

■How to use

Three large dehumidifiers are built into the main unit. When used in a container, it can be hung from several protrusions near the ceiling. In this case, firmly tie the protrusion inside the container and the tip of the dehumidifier body with the included string.

■Standard usage amount

We recommend 8 to 12 Fine Dry B-1200 bottles per 20-foot container. A: Clothing, flexible containers, bulk transport, reefer containers, 8 short-term routes *Maximum moisture absorption 9.6Kg B: Metal parts, mechanical parts, automobile parts, 12 molds *Maximum moisture absorption 14.4Kg We recommend 16 to 24 bottles of Fine Dry B-1200 per 40-foot container. C: Clothing, flexible containers, bulk transport, reefer containers, 16 short-term routes *Maximum moisture absorption 19.2Kg D: 24 metal parts, mechanical parts, and automobile parts *Maximum moisture absorption amount 28.8Kg *Maximum moisture absorption is under constant conditions of 25℃ and humidity 90%RH. In addition, the moisture absorption amount displayed by our company is the difference (NET) obtained by simply subtracting the weight before use from the weight after moisture absorption, excluding the weight of the packaging material. Please note that there are other methods of displaying the amount of moisture absorption that differ from this. Materials that easily contain moisture, such as wood (pallets), paper, cardboard, and cloth, should be cured to a dry state as much as possible before being loaded into containers. When targeting tall containers, which are often 40 feet, add 10% to the standard usage amount. If there is a possibility that the transportation/storage period will be long, or if there are many materials that tend to contain moisture packed into the container, increase the amount used as appropriate.
