About This Product

■Notes-The heater itself does not have a self-temperature control function, so temperature control using an external circuit (thermistor, thermostat, etc.) is required.
- Because the heater starts up quickly, there is a risk of damage to the heater due to overheating depending on the type of heated object and how it is installed, so sufficient evaluation and consideration are required when selecting the output.
・The heater is not waterproof. Waterproofing measures are required when using the product submerged in water or in contact with water for a long period of time.
- When soldering directly to stainless steel foil, stainless steel solder or flux is required. Additionally, since soldering to stainless steel is generally weak, it is necessary to secure it sufficiently after soldering.
・When soldering, be sure to work quickly so as not to melt the underlying insulation material.
- When using at high temperatures, soldering to the terminals is not possible. Perform mechanical crimping.
・There are restrictions on the application width of insulating polyimide tape and heat-resistant double-sided tape.
- When used at high temperatures, air bubbles in the area where the tape is applied may increase due to thermal expansion. (To avoid bubble expansion, use mechanical fixation instead of tape.)
- When exporting polyimide heaters, notifications stipulated in the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act are required.

・Standard retail price has not been set.
- Regarding the applied voltage guidelines and the output at the voltages listed on the left, the applied voltage that will rise close to the heater heat-resistant temperature when the heater is used alone is listed. When actually using it, please control it so that it does not exceed the heater heat resistance temperature.
