・Ultra high speed: 1msec. [TYP] (Time during measurement)
・Significantly improved stability of small capacitance by measuring 5V in 2pF/20pF range
・Probe contact failure is detected even during 2-terminal (4-terminal) measurement by detecting abnormalities in measured values.
・4-terminal contact check: After measurement / OFF selectable
・Measurement frequency: 1kHz/120Hz±0.1% (sine waveform)
・Series equivalent circuit and parallel equivalent circuit can be switched
・Constant voltage measurement (some ranges are not supported)
・tanδ measurement possible (2pF range not supported)
・31/2 digits (1,999) HI/GO/LO output with digital display and built-in comparator function
・RS-232C interface, printer output (Centronics compliant) standard equipment (GP-IB is optional)
・Apply measurement current intermittently to reduce wear on probe contacts [120μF/1.2mF range]
- Outputs measured values, statistical values, date, time, etc. to the printer even during measurement.
