About This Product

One unit can measure low voltage and high voltage, calculate voltage coefficient (ΔR) from both measurement results, and make pass/fail judgments. Ideal for voltage coefficient testing of 1/2 (0.5) W resistors and inspection of high voltage compatible resistors.

■Features・Low voltage measurement/high voltage measurement/voltage coefficient calculation is possible with one unit; dual measurement with two units reduces measurement/voltage coefficient calculation time to about half.
・Contact check function is standard equipment. Further improved measurement reliability (selectable before measurement/after measurement/before/after measurement/OFF)
・Achieve high precision and stable measurement by thermoelectromotive force cancellation measurement
・Achieves high-speed and highly stable measurement with integration time setting function
・Power frequency synchronization measurement possible. Achieves more stable measurement when measuring high resistance
・STANDARD setting range 10.0Ω to 100.0MΩ/Measurement result display range ±9.99%
・Built-in digital comparator. Test results can be output at ultra-high speed
・Measurement power: MAX 0.005W when measuring low voltage / MAX 0.5W when measuring high voltage
・RS-232C/external control I/O interface standard equipment
・Setting value transfer function included as standard (data transfer cable is optional) (Setting data can be transferred to the paired AE-190C and the setting values ​​can be automatically set)
