Nippon Chemical Screw Co., Ltd. began selling polycarbonate screws in 1965, and continues to operate as Japan's only manufacturer specializing in plastic screws. PEEK is a semi-crystalline super engineering plastic with the highest performance. It has the highest level of chemical resistance among engineering plastics, and the only general-purpose chemical that dissolves PEEK is concentrated sulfuric acid. It also has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, combustibility, and hydrolysis resistance, and is used in OA equipment, automobile fields, IC wafer carriers, LCD manufacturing jigs, etc.
