■Features

■Static load

When used under static load or when subjected to repetitions of 5,000 times or less, the maximum usage limit is 0.75h.

■Repetitive load

When subjected to repeated loads, if the minimum deflection is less than approximately 0.15 hours, cracking may occur early, so it is necessary to design the product so that the minimum deflection during installation exceeds approximately 0.15 hours.

■Using environment temperature

Depending on the temperature, time, and amount of compression in which the disc spring is used, it may become sagging.

■About the guide when combined

When using a combination of springs, it is necessary to keep the springs in a constant position so that they do not collapse when a load is applied. Therefore, guidance with a certain gap is required. Basically, we recommend a stable inner diameter guide, but an outer diameter guide is also fine. The inner and outer guide surfaces should be ground or polished, and the surface hardness should preferably be HRC50 or higher, which is higher than a disc spring.
