About This Product
Air conditioning equipment is used in many facilities such as office buildings, tenants, schools, hospitals, and factories, and is equipped with a wide variety of filters. To create a comfortable environment, it is necessary to maintain the performance of air conditioners. For this purpose, filter maintenance is required periodically or as needed.
We supply filters with the same performance as genuine products at low prices. Additionally, the filter dimensions can be adjusted to suit the installation location of the air conditioner. In order to improve the efficiency of filter replacement, we also provide dimensions for each property according to customer requests.
■Medium/high performance filter - Separator type overview
The separator type uses glass fiber filter media and is widely used for building air conditioning, hospitals, electronics, food, and as a pre-filter for HEPA filters. This air filter has low pressure drop, large filtration capacity, and high filtration efficiency. The frame is made of plywood, and a sponge gasket is attached to the secondary side.
The filter is made of glass fiber and has a structure in which space is maintained between corrugated aluminum sheets, making it highly flame retardant and water resistant. Easy to install and replace, so it can be used in all fields.
■Medium/high performance filter - VZ type
The filter medium uses a new ultra-fine double-layered non-woven fabric instead of the traditional glass fiber. Since there is no aluminum separator and multiple rows of V-shaped filter media are incorporated, running costs can be saved due to low pressure loss. The frame is made of plywood (or iron plate), and a sponge gasket is attached to the secondary side.
■Medium/high performance filter - mini pleat type
Mini pleat type thin filters have been made more compact as air conditioners become more space-saving. This filter is approximately one-quarter the thickness of conventional filters, making it a practical filter that requires less installation space. The filter medium uses non-woven fabric to maintain low pressure loss and long service life. There are three standard thicknesses: 30mm, 50mm, and 65mm, but other thicknesses are also available. In addition, the external dimensions can be changed freely.
