About This Product

In the industrial filter division, we design and manufacture filters based on specifications such as ``fluid type,'' ``processing flow rate,'' and ``filtration accuracy'' instructed by customers, or based on drawings provided by customers. (OEM) Even if we don't have specific specifications, we also accept consultations based on an image of ``I want something like this.'' (ODM) We will respond flexibly to production lots, costs, delivery dates, etc. in both OEM/ODM cases. In addition, our catalog products include the SAB series (oil fill hole air breather), which you can order by selecting from standard models. Even if you cannot find the performance you are looking for among our standard products, please feel free to contact us as it may be possible to manufacture it as a custom-made product from SAB (mesh, strainer dimensions, material, etc. can be changed). Our SAB series is an integrated strainer and air breather. It has a structure and material with excellent oil resistance and heat resistance, so it can be used in a variety of applications such as hydraulic units, fuel tanks, and speed reducers. There are four models (sizes): 30/40/50/70, so you can choose the one that suits your location.

■Features

- The cap can be opened and closed with one touch and has a non-slip surface. - The cap has a chain to prevent it from falling or being lost. ・The breather element is made of special cellulose into a cylindrical shape and molded by thermosetting, and has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and pressure resistance. -The filtration accuracy of the breather element is 40 microns (uniform). ・The strainer is based on 50 mesh (SUS wire mesh), but the mesh and material can be changed.
