About This Product

■Features

・Ultra small size ・Selectable condensing optical system ・Designed a high-performance condensing optical system [patented] ・AC input type also available (UFLS-75AC)

■Designed a high-performance condensing optical system [patented]

With an LED light source that uses an imaging system, the LED image is formed on the light guide entrance end face, and the illuminance distribution is uneven due to aberrations.In contrast, our non-imaging optical system has a circular and uniform illuminance distribution that has the same shape as the light guide. The illuminance distribution will be similar.

■High illuminance

By using a unique optical system to focus the light emitted from the LED onto the end face of the light guide, we were able to increase and even out the illuminance. This makes it possible to replace metal halide lamps.

■Feedback function (made to order)

・Using our unique technology, the light output remains constant regardless of the greenhouse or time of day. ・Illuminance management and reduction of device initialization ・Stable operation of production line

■Three types of external controls are available as standard.

・Serial communication: RS-232C 240 gradations ・Digital: 8bit digital 240 gradations ・Analog: 0 to 5V 960 gradations (Can be set using the mode setting switch)

■Lighting mode reversal

- Lighting on/off mode can be switched. - Compatible with energy-saving design, lights up during inspection and turns off when not needed. ・When adjusting the device, you want to leave the light on → The lighting mode can be easily reversed using the mode setting switch.

■Dimmer

・Manual: Digital setting using dimming knob 00: Off, 10-ff 240 steps ・External serial: Set via RS232C communication 00: Off, 10 to ff 240 steps ・External digital: Set by 8-bit parallel signal 00: Off, 10 to ff 240 steps ・External analog: 0 to 5 V (effective range: 0.32 to 5 V) Approximately 960 levels by internal 10-bit control 0.15 V or less: Off *Other model numbers are available.
