About This Product

■Flow of pouch filling and sealing machine

■Release mechanism compatible with zipper pouches

This is a zipper chuck release device compatible with zipper pouches, and there is a mechanism immediately after taking out the pouch from the pouch supply section. This is a mechanism to open the zipper for materials that have been previously stored in the zipper. The chuck release claw inserts and forces the zipper chuck open.

■Hot printer stamping at the stamping section

The printer that stamps the pouch stamps the pouch while it is flat before being filled.

■Discharge conveyor

This is a conveyor that discharges filled and sealed finished products out of the machine. The conveyor speed can be adjusted by volume.
