High-performance single-wheel casters for medical equipment
■Novel design
The ALU series is a new generation of casters with a novel design and high technology. A cam built into the locking system locks the wheel + swivel or swivel only with a 45° stroke. The support fittings are made of die-cast aluminum and have been treated with epoxy coating to prevent rust.
■Quiet and smooth running performance
Santoprene (thermoplastic rubber) is used for the wheels to reduce running resistance and starting resistance, allowing for quieter and smoother running than regular casters.
■Lock system
・Free Wheels and turning are free in all directions.
・Swivel lock Swing is locked and wheels are free
・Total lock Wheels + turning are completely locked
■Intended use
Hospital beds, nursing beds, stretchers, etc.
