■What is KC cutter?
This is our original woodworking knife that cuts 2 to 3 times longer than conventional carbide products.
■Features
We have developed a unique method for attaching chips at low temperatures. With this method, we have achieved a dramatic improvement in durability by using K01 (ISO standard), a high-hardness class cemented carbide that has traditionally been difficult to use.
■Abrasion resistance
We have developed a highly hard and sticky carbide tip suitable for woodworking. Achieved 2 to 3 times the durability (compared to our company) of normal carbide brazed type (G1 class). (Depends on usage conditions)
■Oxidation corrosion resistance
Developed a carbide tip that is resistant to chemical reactions caused by adhesives, etc. Prevents abnormal wear caused by oxidation corrosion of carbide tips. It is especially effective on plywood, MDF, etc.
■Cutting performance improved
Since the chips are attached at low temperatures, structural changes and cracks in the carbide chips and deformation of the base metal can be prevented. Therefore, it has become possible to manufacture blades with higher precision. The cutting edge is good, the material surface has a beautiful finish, and the cutting noise is quiet.

■KC cutter
A carbide cutter used in molders, V-cut machines, tenoners, etc. By using K01 cemented carbide (ISO standard), a high-hardness class that has traditionally been considered difficult to use, we have achieved a dramatic improvement in durability. (2 to 3 times that of conventional products) The appearance and shape are the same as conventional carbide brazed type knives. Additionally, repolishing can be easily done using conventional methods.
■KC router
Carbide router used for NC processing machines, router machines, etc. Like the KC cutter, this is a highly durable product that uses cemented carbide K01 (ISO standard). Achieved 2 to 3 times the durability of conventional carbide brazed type products.
■KC Spiral
As the name KC suggests, we have developed a high hardness carbide material suitable for woodworking. We have achieved 2 to 3 times the durability of conventional products (our comparison). (Varies depending on usage conditions) Developed a carbide material that is resistant to chemical reactions caused by adhesives, etc. Plywood, MDF, particle board (sheet, paper pasted), etc... Prevents abnormal wear on the cutting edge due to oxidation corrosion.
■KC jointer
Weinig's planer blade for molders. Since it is made entirely of carbide, it is rigid and prevents distortion of the blade. The cutting edge angle is changed depending on the type of material. Achieved 2 to 3 times the durability (compared to our company) of conventional products.
