About This Product

■What is a magnetic stand?- Mainly used as a jig to hold the measuring instrument with a magnet and fix it to the surface plate when measuring with a dial gauge/indicator. It can also be used for laser experiments, optical experiments, etc. when fixing equipment with magnets on a magnetized board.
・By firmly fixing it with the magnetic stand, you can perform highly accurate measurements. In addition, all lineups can be switched ON/OFF manually, and can be easily attached to and detached from the magnetic surface at hand.

Features of magnetic stand
■Magnet materialUses ferrite magnets, making it resistant to rust, impact, and magnetic force that does not easily weaken. Ferrite is a magnetic material made by sintering a mixture of cobalt, nickel, manganese, etc. with iron oxide as its main component. It also has a high electrical resistance (it is difficult to conduct electricity), so it is used for a variety of purposes.

■Adsorption surfaceAs long as it is V-shaped or concave and can be stably attracted by a magnet, it can be fixed regardless of the shape of the installation surface, such as flat or curved surfaces.

■How to use and types of magnetic standsA rich lineup of arm shapes, arm lengths, arm diameters, arm movability and adjustable ranges. There are various types of clamp parts, such as shapes, presence/absence of dovetail grooves, and clamping force, and it is possible to select one depending on the intended use. Can be used as a holder for measuring instruments such as dial gauges and indicators.

In addition to the standard type, there are other types of arm parts, such as those with fine adjustment function, tilt lock type, thick support type, and flexible type, which can be selected depending on the intended use.
