About This Product

■FeaturesThe set screw is oriented at 30 degrees to the axial direction, and is designed to be divided into 3 parts (equally distributed at 120 degrees). This is a high-precision lock nut with a machined finish that has a runout accuracy of 5 microns or less in the thread direction. Therefore, by tightening the set screws evenly from three directions, concentricity with the shaft can be easily achieved, and stable assembly with high precision and little runout in the axial direction can be performed in a short time.

There are grooves in 4 places to make it easier to tighten the nut, and 2 places on the outside are chamfered. (M75 or less) The threaded part is also wider, allowing for stronger assembly in the axial direction. Can be used when assembly space is limited.
