About This Product

■Features

The set screw is oriented at 30 degrees to the axial direction, and is designed to be divided into 3 parts (equally distributed at 120 degrees). This is a high-precision lock nut with a polished finish that has a runout accuracy of 3 microns or less in the thread direction. Therefore, by tightening the set screws evenly from three directions, concentricity with the shaft can be easily achieved, and stable assembly with high precision and little runout in the axial direction can be performed in a short time. The outer shape of the nut has six wrench grooves for easy tightening, and the threaded section is wide, allowing for stronger assembly in the axial direction. *Other product numbers are available.
