About This Product
■Features
This high-ceiling LED lighting is compatible with oil mist and utilizes our company's specialty technology for lighting inside machine tools. Completely waterproof (IP67) with tempered glass on the front, it can be used even in special environments where solvents and adhesives are used. A uniquely designed protection circuit supports inrush currents, surges, and instantaneous power outages. In addition, it has a power-isolating design that bypasses induced lightning surges, and is a safety design that protects the product from lightning strikes and lightning discharges.
With the natural light spread of white LEDs with a 120° emission angle, we have achieved high heat dissipation and energy savings by combining an aluminum body with integrated heat dissipation fins and resin material.

■Application examples
Oil mist environment, factory lighting, warehouse lighting, etc.
■Oil mist compatible
It can be safely used in factories where oil mist is generated or where solvents, adhesives, etc. are used. Since it is completely waterproof, oil mist will not enter the device and deteriorate the LED power supply.
■Complete protection against lightning
The anti-static design quickly bypasses induced lightning surges, protecting products from lightning strikes. (Surge wave type 8/20μs can discharge up to 10kA.) When lightning strikes or lightning discharges occur, induced lightning surges occur in electric wires, destroying many electronic devices. This product has a built-in lightning surge protection element.
■SPD (surge arrester)
This LED floodlight is protected by limiting the instantaneous and violently fluctuating current (surge) caused by lightning, etc. A typical lightning strike generates a surge of tens of kV or more, but this LED floodlight has an SPD installed between the power supply IC and the ground, so that even if a surge enters when a lightning surge occurs, the lightning surge is transferred from the SPD to the ground. I will release it.

■Role of constant current circuit①
With a built-in constant current circuit, only a constant current will always flow through the LED, even if there is a sudden rise in voltage (surge). Therefore, it always maintains a constant brightness. In addition, since the current does not exceed the rated current, it prevents deterioration of the LED and extends its life.
■Role of constant current circuit②
By removing alternating current waves, it becomes rectified direct current, which does not cause flickering and does not cause eye strain even after long periods of use.
