About This Product
■Features
Suitable for lighting large machines and gate-type machining centers, the head case is larger than conventional products, further improving heat dissipation and making it brighter. The main body is made of aluminum and the front is made of tempered glass, making it durable and unbreakable. Adopting a constant current IC circuit, it maintains constant illuminance even when voltage fluctuates, eliminates flickering, and also achieves long LED life.
Equipped with a uniquely designed protection circuit, it can withstand inrush currents, surges, and instantaneous power outages, and has high insulation properties. The LEDs we use are from globally reliable manufacturers.

Large machines, gate-type machining centers, etc.
■Compliant with JIS lighting standard general rules
According to JIS Z9110:2010, the illuminance of the work surface in the workplace should be 500lx, which is in line with the standards for work environment lighting.
■For medium-sized machines (NLS-12C)
The illuminance is 500lx at 2.6m directly under the light distribution angle of 25°, which is approximately twice the illuminance of the conventional product NLS-05C.
■For large machines (NLS-30C)
Achieves 500lx at 4.4m directly below with a light distribution angle of 25°. Ensuring sufficient illuminance even for large machines.
