■Features
・With elevator type hopper
- You can quickly and accurately insert every last card without being affected by the weight of the card.
- An alarm sounds when the hopper is low.
・Can be linked with various packaging machines by connecting input timing signal.
・Since a sealed bearing is used for the rotating shaft, lubrication is not required and the life is long.
- A device that loads labels, cards, etc. into a hopper, separates them one by one, stamps them, inspects the stamps, and then feeds them.
- Equipped with a HELIOS inkjet printer for stamping, and can print high-quality characters. HELIOS IJP is maintenance free.
・The contents of the stamped characters are inspected using an image recognition sensor, and only those that are correctly stamped are input. If it is NG, we will stop and notify you.
・We ensure that each sheet is separated, stamped, inspected, and loaded.
- Inkjet uses an ink cartridge method.
■Printing/inspection specifications
・The inspection machine is equipped with a Keyence IV series illumination-integrated image discrimination sensor.
・The inspection machine has an OCR function (identifies by comparing read letters and numbers)
- You can save captured images by adding a hard disk.
