The reversal series utilizes general-purpose air and the rotational power of the spindle to reverse a workpiece simply by attaching it to a machining center. Furthermore, a proximity sensor is included to reliably detect the opening and closing of the arm, preventing workpieces from falling due to "drowsy operation". It eliminates the need for robots, gantry loaders, and transport lanes that require high investment costs, as well as the need for manual workpiece processing posture changes that reduce equipment utilization. The "Flip Series" uses general-purpose air as the power source, and by installing a standard interface, it is possible to automatically flip the workpiece within the same machining center equipment as the processing machine by simply attaching the flip holder.
