An indexable scraper is a tool that removes adhesive from metal parts. The cutting edge material is made of A7075 series aluminum alloy, and the optimal cutting edge material is selected according to the application, achieving high removal performance without damaging the workpiece. ■Current situation and issues

・When performing wire electrical discharge machining on metal parts, adhesive is applied to prevent the product from falling. Solvents are used to completely remove adhesives that adhere to products after processing, but because of the high environmental and safety risks associated with chemical substances, there was a need to reduce the amount of solvents used and shorten work time. . ・Although it was removed using a commercially available scraper before the solvent process, the general cutting edge would damage the workpiece or wear out quickly, requiring replacement with a new one each time.
