■I'm so happy and amazing here. Introducing exciting and amazing ideas and technologiesThe flexible tool stage is a resin jig that can be attached to a microscope to hold tools for imaging. The components are made of CFRP additively manufactured products, which have a high strength-to-weight ratio and are lightweight, yet can be held even when attached to long objects or holders. Also, it will not cause any damage if it comes into contact with tools or equipment. Attachment to the microscope and attachment/detachment of the workpiece holder are all easy to operate without tools, and quick changes are possible to photograph a variety of measurement objects, contributing to "reducing work time."

Development concept/product concept
■Current situation and issues・There were the following problems when photographing using a microscope.
・The stage is small and large objects to be measured cannot be photographed.
・You cannot take pictures while the camera is attached to the holder.
- Requires tools for operation.
- Conventional jigs are heavy and made of metal, and can damage the object or equipment being measured if they come into contact with them.
・Since it cannot be fixed, it takes time to repeat and take pictures by the operator.

■Development points・The "Flexible Tool Stage" uses CFRP additive manufacturing for its component parts. It has a high strength-to-weight ratio, and although it is lightweight, it can be held even when attached to long objects or holders.
Also, since it has a resin body, it will not get scratched even if it comes into contact with tools or equipment.
- Attachment to the microscope and replacement of the measuring object holding stand are all easy to operate without tools, and positioning of the measuring object reduces repetition and photographing variations caused by operators.
