■Features
・We will cut a hard PVC pipe in half to make a halved pipe.
・If you need a large quantity of halved pipes cut to your specified dimensions, we can provide them quickly and at low cost.
・We can also process non-standard PVC pipes, resin pipes, etc. in half upon consultation.
■Technology
・For PVC pipes with an outer diameter of φ18 to φ38 (VP13 to 30, VE14 to 36, VU30) from 20 mm to 2,000 mm, and for PVC pipes with an outer diameter of φ48 to φ89 (VP40 to 75, VE42 to 82, VU40 to 75) can be cut in half with a cutting machine in lengths from 25mm to 1000mm.
- The height of the halved pipe can be manufactured with a tolerance of ±1.5mm (however, the tolerance for PVC pipes with outer diameters of φ76 and φ89 is ±2.0mm) and length tolerance of ±0.5mm.
- PVC pipes with an outer diameter of φ114 or more (VP50-75, VE54-82, VU50-75) can be manufactured in lengths from 50mm to 4,000mm by hand processing.
