About This Product

■2-point and 4-point temperature controllers for heaters designed for ease of useIgarashi Seisakusho's HC series is a temperature controller that is equipped with an analog ammeter and a time switch (standard is 24 hours) and mainly adjusts the temperature of heaters such as injection molds. Equipped with heater OFF operation mode and buzzer OFF operation mode, which are convenient during installation and maintenance. The main body is made of stainless steel and is assembled with standard electrical parts made by domestic manufacturers using wiring, making it easy to replace parts and change specifications. We also accept custom specifications and rentals.

Features
■PID control using non-contact relayHeater control is PID control with a 2 second cycle (standard setting) using a non-contact relay, making it easy to control the temperature with high precision. If more precise temperature control is required, it is possible to upgrade to higher precision control with a 0.2 second cycle as an option. (Generally, the shorter the control cycle, the smaller the temperature fluctuations will be, but if the set temperature is not so high and the heat capacity is large, a 2 second cycle will be sufficiently stable for practical use.) When a temperature abnormality alarm occurs, the temperature will fluctuate for each channel. Since the heater power is cut off using an electromagnetic contactor, there is no need to worry even in the event of a non-contact relay failure, which is prone to poor insulation.

■Equipped with analog ammeterSince the heater circuit is equipped with an analog ammeter as standard, the visibility of the current value is excellent, and although there is no alarm function, it is convenient because it makes it easy to notice failures that cause the current value to fluctuate, such as heater disconnection. Of course, a current alarm function can also be installed as an option.

■Equipped with a time switchEquipped with a 24-hour time switch as standard. This is a switch that automatically turns on/off at a specified time. As an option, it can be changed to a weekly time switch or a specified time switch (model that meets the installation standards).
