■Stable temperature control saves energy

Mold temperature controller MTCⅡ exquisitely controls temperature with a unique structure that emphasizes the balance between tank capacity, heater capacity, and water supply amount, and also emphasizes suppressing temperature unevenness during water supply. Temperature stability of ±0.3℃ has been achieved not only in the high temperature range controlled by the heater, but also in the medium and low temperature range controlled by the water supply. Limited to cooling control, if temperature stability is poor, the temperature will drop significantly once the water is supplied. Then, turning on the heater will raise the temperature, but if it does not drop too much, you will be consuming unnecessary power. Depending on the usage situation, this number may be too large to ignore. In other words, stable temperature control leads to the saving of unnecessary electricity costs, so we believe that temperature stability during cooling control is important not only to stabilize the quality of molded products but also to reduce power consumption.
