About This Product

This is a device that rewinds paper, film, nonwoven fabric, aluminum foil, copper foil, etc. Roll to roll. The winding direction can be switched between upward and downward winding using a switch. The tension is detected by a tension detector and the tension is controlled to keep it constant. The film feed speed can be adjusted with the volume control. An EPC (serpentine control) device on the winding shaft aligns the film edges and winds the film. It comes with a length measurement function and automatically stops at the set value. Standard is 3 inch air shaft. Material runout detection: Automatically stops when the film material runs out.
