About This Product
This is a device that winds paper, film, etc. up to 1,300mm wide onto a paper tube. The winding speed and winding tension can be adjusted individually using the volume control.
The powder clutch specification prevents the film from being wound at higher speeds or tensions than necessary. The standard is a 3 inch air shaft dual support type. It is also possible to change to a high lock type.
The film winding diameter is detected by an ultrasonic sensor and the tension is controlled so that the tension remains constant even if the winding diameter changes. Added serpentine control device (EPC).
