About This Product
This is a unit that winds paper, film, etc. with constant tension. Since a DC brushless motor and powder clutch are used for winding, the winding speed and winding torque can be adjusted individually with the volume.
The film winding diameter is detected using an ultrasonic sensor, and the tension is controlled so that the tension remains constant even if the winding diameter changes. There is a switch to change the winding rotation direction: forward/off/reverse. Can be adjusted by ±30mm handle in film width direction
The standard is an air shaft type for 3-inch paper tubes. It can also be used as a winding brake by lowering the rotation speed and rotating it in the opposite direction. Various models are available in 100mm increments with core widths from 400 to 800mm.
