About This Product
This is a unit that winds paper, film, etc. with constant tension. Since a torque motor is used for winding, the winding torque can be adjusted with a volume control. Winding torque and rotational speed are almost proportional to each other, so increasing the volume will increase both speed and torque.
Reducing the winding torque will also reduce the winding speed. There is a switch to change the winding rotation direction: forward/off/reverse. The standard is a single support/single support type with a 3 inch air shaft.
Adjustable in the film width direction by ±20mm using the handle. Since it is a torque motor, it can also be used as a winding brake. Sidelay: Can be moved ±30mm in the film width direction using a manual handle.
