About This Product

■Product features

- Since the rod is hollow, it can be used for both pushing and pulling by changing the mounting direction by 180 degrees. -Compact and exhibits strong clamping force. - Two types of connections can be selected: external piping and manifold connection. -A spring lock clamper that clamps the workpiece using spring force and unclamps it using hydraulic pressure. (Pushing direction: Spring force Pulling direction: Hydraulic force) ・Since hydraulic pressure is not used when clamping the workpiece, energy is saved. Also, when clamping, it is not affected by fluctuations in hydraulic pressure. - The clamper can be disconnected from the hydraulic power source during clamping. ・A spring-lock clamper ideal for production equipment where workpieces are frequently attached and detached. ・Since the plunger is hollow, it is easy to install on a jig. - A female screw for attaching an attachment is attached to the tip of the plunger. - Two types of connections can be selected: manifold connection using external piping or the included O-ring. - To fix the clamper, you can use the four mounting screw holes on the top of the clamper and the outer diameter screws of the clamper's body. - Since the rod is hollow, it can be used for both push and pull by changing the mounting direction by 180 degrees.
