■Summary
The VI1002 series is designed for test applications that require sourcing and measuring multiple voltages/currents. It is ideal for life tests of multiple LEDs, LDs, OLEDs, etc., and for characterizing electrical and electronic components such as transistor arrays and diode arrays. Additionally, during laboratory experiments, this single unit can provide all the power for elements and circuits, simplifying setup and saving space.
Depending on the model, there are 1 output (VI1002-01), 4 outputs, 8 outputs, 12 outputs, 16 outputs, 20 outputs, 24 outputs, 28 outputs, and 32 outputs (VI1002-32). You can select All outputs can be set independently up to a maximum of 38V/200mA, allowing voltage application and current injection under different conditions for each sample.
The source meter function allows you to measure sample current when voltage is applied and sample voltage when current is injected. The device can operate not only as a standalone device, but also allows you to easily build a programmable, fully automatic measurement system that is centrally controlled using an external PC via RS232C (a sample program is included).
