About This Product

■Summary

ELLT1002 is an OLED device emission spectrum degradation measurement device that uses a multichannel spectrometer as a detector. Equipped with an element drive power supply and excitation light source holder, it is possible to measure not only EL emission spectra but also PL emission spectra. The use of a multiplexer enables multi-channel measurement, allowing up to 16 samples to be measured simultaneously or individually.

■Features

・Wavelength range of excitation light spectrum and emission spectrum can be set individually ・Excitation light source holder with irradiation angle adjustment mechanism - Simultaneous measurement of up to 16 elements with independent drive settings possible ・Dedicated element holder whose temperature can be controlled from +20℃ to +90℃ ・Fully automatic long-term measurement by external computer control

■Dedicated software

・Each spectrum intensity measures two types: peak value and integrated value, and displays it graphically. ・Measurement interval can be set in 4 steps for each channel ・Constant voltage/constant current drive can be set for each channel individually ・Each data is saved in csv format. Can be edited with commercially available spreadsheet software ・Measurement pause function allows you to safely retrieve sample data while measurement is ongoing.

■Measurement analysis function

・Time vs. excitation light intensity: Measures changes in excitation light intensity over time ・Time vs luminescence intensity: Measures changes in luminescence intensity over time ・Time vs. current: Measures changes in current over time ・Time vs voltage: Measures changes in voltage over time ・Time vs. emission/excitation light ratio: Measures changes over time in the ratio of device emission intensity to excitation light intensity ・Excitation light spectrum: Excitation light spectrum measurement using a multi-channel detector ・Emission spectrum: Emission spectrum measurement using a multi-channel detector
