About This Product
The organic EL luminous efficiency measuring device EL1003 consists of a dark box, luminance meter, spectrometer, element driving power supply, and analysis device, and it measures various luminous efficiencies, luminous spectra, and various chromaticities including the I-V-L characteristics and external quantum efficiency of organic EL elements. This is a system that measures changes in value and brightness over time. Just by setting the elements, you can easily and quickly perform automatic measurements.
With various options, it is possible to measure the emission angle distribution, control the temperature of the element, purge the element of dust, drive with a pulsed power supply, etc.

・Measure various luminescence characteristics and changes over time
・Measure emission spectra and various chromaticity values
・Measure the external quantum efficiency (Lambassian efficiency) of the device
・Automatic step sweep of drive voltage and current using software
・Radiation angle distribution measurement possible with optional element rotation function
・Measurement at high temperatures is possible with the optional element temperature control function
・Possible to measure with pulse drive by adopting an optional pulse power supply
■Measurement items
・Brightness (cd/m²) -Voltage (V) -Current density (mA/cm²): Measure brightness changes by sweeping voltage or current
・External quantum efficiency (photons/electrons): Calculate external quantum efficiency from brightness and emission spectrum
・Luminous efficiency (cd/A), energy conversion efficiency (lm/W): Calculate luminous efficiency and energy conversion efficiency with respect to current density
・Emission spectrum: Measure the emission spectrum at each drive voltage and current
・Various chromaticity values: XY coordinates, CRI, color temperature, RGB values: Calculate XY coordinates, CRI, color temperature, and RGB values from the emission spectrum
・Change in brightness over time: Measures change in brightness over time under constant driving voltage or current
・Radiation angle distribution (optional): Measure radiation angle distribution by actually rotating the element.
(Note 1) The measurement limit brightness with El1003 system is 1.0cd/m2
