About This Product

■Summary

FFP1003 is a system that automatically measures the spread angle distribution of light beams emitted from LDs, LEDs, optical fibers, etc. By using a PD as a detector, high sensitivity and high dynamic range measurements are achieved regardless of whether the wavelength band is short or long. By adopting the biaxial scanning method, it is possible to measure not only X profile and XY profile but also 3D profile. By controlling the highly precisely adjusted scanning/rotating optical system with an external PC, high-precision FFP measurement is easily possible.
