LADA-100 is a polar coordinate intensity distribution analyzer of the emitted light flux output from light sources such as laser diodes, fibers, and phosphors. The measurement is carried out by scanning the photodetector mounted on the swing arm in a reciprocating rotation of ±60° (latitude scanning) at a distance of 28 to 60 cm centering on the light emitting end, and then rotating the entire reciprocating rotation scanning mechanism around the optical axis. The two-dimensional distribution on the polar coordinate sphere is measured by rotating it 180° (longitude scanning) at a constant step angle. The measurement wavelength range can be extended from UV to far infrared by replacing the sensor in the detection section. In addition, because the area of ​​the normally used sensor is large, the dynamic range of the measured intensity can be more than 1:100,000, and the radius of the reciprocating rotation scan is as large as 28 to 60 cm, so there is little influence from mode noise or light source size, and highly accurate data can be obtained. Accomplish the acquisition. Additionally, since no lenses are used, it is not affected by graphic distortion or interference. Furthermore, it is also possible to measure the incident angle characteristics of optical components installed in the sample part by installing a parallel light source etc. in the sensor part and scanning it. The beam measurement unit is housed in an optical dark box, so the light beam does not leak outside during measurement. In addition, the inside of the dark box is equipped with a heat-resistant painted light absorption structure that can handle high-power light, suppressing light scattering and cooling waste heat.
