■Features
・Due to the washer's self-aligning function, self-aligning positioning is achieved at the same time as screw tightening.
・Positioning work, guide pins, and guide structures can be omitted.
・The only processing required is female thread processing on the base side and through-hole (normal tolerance) processing on the component side.
・After temporarily tightening the washers and countersunk screws, set the parts and tighten the screws to complete the connection.
・You can instantly tighten and release components by turning the countersunk screw 1/4 to 1/2 turn.
- Washers and screws remain on the base side when parts are released, reducing replacement work time by 1/3.
