About This Product

The manual alignment unit PGAL1007 is a manual alignment type high-speed alignment unit that combines our high-speed alignment technology "PGAL-1 active alignment method" with a manual stage. By aligning while monitoring the light intensity distribution waveform in real time, rapid and highly accurate alignment is possible even when combined with a manual stage. It is fully capable of handling manual mass production and assembly of optical modules. In addition, flexible equipment configuration and customization are possible, making it ideal for research and development of various optical devices. Features of the device

■Achieves quick and high accuracy even with manual alignment

Since alignment is performed while monitoring the light intensity distribution waveform in real time, alignment work can be completed quickly and with high precision even with a manual stage. With this method, even the most time-consuming rough alignment can be completed in a short amount of time.

■Optimum alignment conditions can be selected for each device.

The final alignment is automatically performed by the PGAL head. As with automatic alignment, alignment work can be completed under optimal alignment conditions such as peak point detection and half-value centering.

■Powerful software that supports manual alignment

With powerful software that supports manual alignment work, you can significantly improve production efficiency and quality even with manual alignment.

■It is possible to construct a system according to the purpose

In addition to the standard manual X-Y-Z stage, commercially available stage systems such as each θ axis and air swivel can be added as options to create a system that suits your purpose. Application fields/uses
