The automatic alignment unit PGAL1006 is an ultra-high-speed alignment unit using our high-speed alignment technology "PGAL-1 active alignment method." By optimizing the algorithm, alignment between the LD focal point and the optical fiber can be completed in just 10 to 20 seconds, from coarse alignment to high-precision alignment. All electric alignment axes are controlled by a computer, and the script function allows you to customize the optimal alignment algorithm for each sample. Features of the device ■Ultra high-speed alignment in just 10 seconds from coarse alignment to fine alignment Our unique PGAL-1 active alignment method achieves the world's fastest alignment time. Coarse to fine alignment between LD and fiber can be completed in about 10 seconds. ■Optimum alignment conditions can be selected for each device. Our PGAL-1 alignment method is a new alignment method based on light intensity profile analysis. Depending on the target device, alignment can be performed using the optimal alignment conditions for each device, such as peak search, half-value center, and brightness center of gravity. ■Flexibly customizable software It is possible to customize and optimize the alignment algorithm depending on the alignment accuracy required for the target device, such as a combination of alignment using the PGAL method and peak search. ■It is possible to construct a system according to the purpose In addition to the standard electric X-Y-Z stage, commercially available stage systems such as each θ axis and air swivel can be added as options to create a system that suits your purpose.
