About This Product

■Summary

Alignment is performed based on the light intensity profile. Equipped with high-speed alignment technology PGAL-2, it enables high-speed and high-precision alignment. We perform high-speed alignment of modules using a 3-axis automatic stage and PGAL module. The device holding mechanism is equipped with an air swivel to accurately level the welding area. Equipped with a YAG laser 2-spot irradiation optical system, it performs high-precision YAG irradiation.

・Equipped with high-speed alignment technology PGAL-2 ・Highly accurate YAG irradiation with YAG laser 2-spot irradiation optical system ・Achieves a throughput of approximately 30 seconds (depending on the module manufactured) ・Small and highly rigid design supports monthly production of tens of thousands of modules ・Supports assembly of BOSA as well as TOSA/ROSA
