■Summary
PGAL-2000 is an optical component YAG laser alignment welding mounting system that realizes alignment and laser welding of various optical modules by replacing the gripping mounts of the upper and lower components, alignment sensors, etc.
In addition to the 3-axis high-precision manual/high-speed automatic alignment function, the alignment section is equipped with various measurement functions such as a beam profiler, parallel light source, and autocollimator with vertical lifting mechanism. You can configure alignment and welding mounting systems for various optical modules such as light sources, receptacle modules, pigtail fiber modules, and RGB laser modules.
The gripping section (device gripping mechanism) is equipped with large and small air swivels, large and small collet chucks, fiber holders, temperature control bases, gripping mounts for various parts, etc., and ensures secure surface alignment and fixation during welding. It is possible to do so. For YAG welds, 3-port 3-point welding is standard, but for applications that require higher precision, you can select up to a 4-port 8-point welding laser output optical system.
The welding port has a 3-axis manual (or automatic) stage that allows fine adjustment of the welding position, as well as a support that allows the welding angle to be adjusted from -15° upward and 0° to +30° downward (in 5° intervals). A table is available. The basic price starts from 8 million yen (not including YAG laser). Various functions are selected and configured depending on the device and module to be assembled, but by standardizing the components, we have achieved a significant cost reduction compared to conventional equipment.
