Intermittent indexing devices used in automatic assembly systems are required to be reliable as the main drive source for conveyance, sorting, etc. INDEX adopts the internal Geneva method to achieve a large indexing angle, enabling smooth and high-speed drive, and is a product that integrates a simple indexing and locking mechanism without unnecessary mechanisms. This is a small index drive device that incorporates many ideas.
■High-speed indexing
Cycle time 0.3sec to 5sec. Also compatible with high-speed automatic machines. Speed control is easily adjusted using the controller's volume. Constant torque even when changing speed. There is no torque drop at low speeds.
■Limiter function
It has a safety design that prevents product damage with an overload protection function even if an external load is applied during indexing operation.
■Smooth start/stop
The speed change is smooth due to the adoption of an internal Geneva mechanism. Even during high-speed operation, the shock of starting and stopping is extremely small.
■Backlash-less lock
Adopts a mechanism that locks in the preloaded state as soon as indexing is completed. There is no backlash and high rigidity ensures reliable stopping.
