If you turn it lightly, the force of the cam will make pressing work easy.
Combining the cam and stepping technologies that have been cultivated over many years, it achieves high-speed workpiece approach and forceful pressing with simple control by simply rotating the motor at a constant rate. Furthermore, manual operation is also possible, which improves convenience. Please use it at manufacturing sites and production equipment.
■High-speed work
For high-speed work, the lead of a ball screw is fixed, so the rotation speed can be increased, but there are limits to this. With the cam type, the time and displacement can be set on the cam, so the motor can be easily controlled and achieves high-speed approach to push motion.
■Small motor, large thrust
The 30mm stroke model is equivalent to Φ80 when compared to the air cylinder and main body size. Air cylinders can pressurize up to 2,000N at 0.4MPa, but Oszo can handle up to 3,000N with a small motor, contributing to space and energy savings.
