About This Product

Achieves fast and accurate reversal Turning a part upside down may seem simple at first glance, but it is complicated even when considering the air actuator configuration, is unstable even at low speeds, and requires a large amount of space. MEG's reversing unit is a unique method that allows accurate reversal even at high speeds. This product is used for a variety of purposes such as manufacturing, inspection, and packaging.

■Stable reversal even at high speeds

Based on a cam mechanism with high position repeatability, this stepper drive provides excellent responsiveness and enables frequent starting and stopping.

■Easy control

Achieves front-to-back flipping by simply turning 180° with a single stepping motor. Control is also simple. It is an easy-to-handle unit.

■Long lifespan

The slider is a track-type linear guide that is light and does not apply excessive force. The cam mechanism is also a mechanism with a long track record and is a long-life unit.

■Space-saving reversal

Conventional inversion required a large amount of space, but since it is inverted at one point (the supply and take-out positions are the same), it saves space.

■Realization of affordable equipment

Compared to conventional inversions that require complicated processes, inversions can be achieved with just this unit and are more reasonable.
