About This Product

In particular, to position minute workpieces, it is essential to use a mechanism that is precisely assembled with precise parts. We have created an alignment unit that achieves high-speed, high-precision positioning based on our many years of cam production technology and high-precision parts processing technology. type

■Rigid type

This product was developed for the purpose of providing clearance and positioning. A mechanism that gathers and centers delicate workpieces from four directions. This is an alignment with a high precision and robust design that applies precise cam technology.

■Buffer type

This product is designed to clamp and position a workpiece under a light load. A mechanism that adds a unique buffer mechanism to the rigid type and creates a centering buffer by bringing the workpiece from four directions. Alignment is gentle on workpieces while maintaining the concept of high speed and durability.

■High precision despite its small size

Based on a cam with high repeatability, the rigid uses a backlash-less mechanism. The buffer has a spring-based centering buffer function that allows for highly accurate positioning.

■Light and effortless operation

Adoption of an endless track linear guide provides light and twist-free operation. Excellent high-speed response.

■High-speed positioning

By using a stepping motor and a cam mechanism with low inertia, positioning can be performed with a response speed of 0.1 seconds per cycle (full stroke).

■Small but long lifespan

It is a highly economical alignment unit that has excellent durability and can be used for a long time due to its simple structure that does not overload the finger drive section.

■Shockless operation

Stepping acceleration/deceleration control enables soft positioning even at high speeds.

■Air blow port

The main body has an M5 port hole, and blowing dry air prevents foreign objects from entering through the square hole at the top of the main body.
