About This Product

Space-saving and high-speed position correction possible

The stage is moved to the specified position by turning the built-in cams on the X and Y axes. A style in which the motor does not protrude in the direction of movement, overturning the image of conventional stage configurations. Achieves high-speed position correction in an extremely small space.

■Compact design achieved with grooved cam typeThe cam can always be fed at a constant pitch and can be used in the same way as a ball screw driven stage.

■αSTEP AZ drive sensorlessAbsolute origin return function is used, so no origin sensor is required. Furthermore, fine feed settings (from 0.001mm) can be made using the electronic gear.

■Reliable operation with non-slip guideThe cross roller has a built-in anti-slip mechanism and has excellent movement performance.

■ Can be used both top and bottom (ceiling mount)The stage can be used both upward and downward, allowing you to configure the system to suit your needs.
