Easily and conveniently change the pitch of the workpiece

The pitch may need to be changed when transporting a large number of workpieces. Up until now, we had to make our own products each time according to the equipment specifications, which took a lot of time and effort. MEG has developed a general-purpose unit that can freely change pitch based on cam technology cultivated over many years. The compact and simple mechanism enables high-speed work and repeats stable operation over a long period of time.

■Two sizes: body width 30/50mmBased on body lengths S (short) and L (long), we have prepared 8 types each with slider stations of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

■High speedHigh-speed movement is achieved by simply controlling the inlet axis back and forth within 360°.

■Flexible strokeBy turning the inlet shaft, the slider will always open and close at the same pitch. If you use a pulse control motor, you can easily adjust the point position and use multiple points.
