Pickup operation fastest 30ms

By combining advanced cam mechanisms accumulated over many years and reliable pneumatic equipment technology, we have created a unit that softly picks up minute workpieces that are sensitive to shocks at ultra-high speed. A unique mechanism improves the handling of fine workpieces, which was previously considered unstable.

■Ultra high-speed operationThe cam mechanism accurately controls acceleration and deceleration in the ultra-high-speed range simply by continuously rotating the input shaft at a constant speed.

■Easy controlThe built-in mechanical mechanism lowers → stops → rises → stops in one rotation. An operation confirmation sensor is also installed for easy control.

■Energy savingPower saving. It can operate at ultra high speed 30ms/cycle continuous rotation with a 15W brushless motor.

■Moving end soft stopSmooth and fluid movement even at high speeds. Compared to air cylinders and screw actuated types, it is shockless and reduces deflection at the end of movement.

■Low noiseQuiet operation: 45dB at ultra-high speed of 30ms/cycle. It's about the same as being in a quiet office.
