■Super alkaline ionized water -SAIW- provided by FTF

It is a common name for strongly alkaline electrolyzed water that is made by filtering tap water to a pure water level and electrolyzing it using patented technology. In recent years, its use as "washing water" has been attracting attention. It exhibits cleaning power without the need for detergent, and does not contain synthetic surfactants or harmful chemicals, so it is being introduced in many fields as a safe and secure cleaning method that is friendly to people and the environment. ■What is the difference from a general electrolyzed water generator?

■SAIW generation mechanism

Using POCA as an electrolyte, only strong alkaline ionized water with a pH of 12.5 or higher is generated from the cathode side using a cation exchanger. It does not irritate the skin due to sodium, has excellent cleaning power and anti-rust effect, keeps food fresh, and is friendly to people and the environment. Produced using unique electrolysis technology, it does not produce acidic water, chlorine gas, or alkaline water containing sodium. ・Watch band cleaning test: Instantly penetrates into minute gaps and removes dirt and oil adhering to metal interfaces. - Washing vegetables and fruits: You can quickly wash away residual pesticides and wax on vegetables and fruits that cannot be removed with tap water, making them healthy. ・Oil emulsification and dispersion test: E-wash can emulsify oil in water without using chemical surfactants. ・Rust prevention test for iron: In SAIW, which does not contain chlorine ions, the rust prevention effect lasts for several days to several weeks even in dry conditions due to the passive film formed on the metal surface.

■Cleaning mechanism

・Interfacial penetration: Highly penetrating SAIW quickly penetrates the interface between dirt and objects. - Peeling and dispersion: ⊕Ionic dirt is surrounded by ⊖ions, and the surface of the object changes from positive to negative.⊖When the ions repel each other, the dirt is peeled off from the surface of the object. ・Emulsification and separation: ⊖ Dirt surrounded by ions is separated into small pieces and emulsifies oil stains. ・Soapification: When dirt and oils are mixed in, it turns into water soap and maintains its cleaning power even when it looks dirty.
