■Features

Poly Ether Sulfone-PES is an amorphous plastic with high heat resistance of Tg225℃. In addition to high heat resistance, it has excellent properties such as dimensional stability, high fluidity, and flame retardancy, and is used in a wide range of industrial fields such as housings for electrical and electronic components and automobile parts. Applications include automobile and aircraft parts, interior materials, fuse hot water pipe equipment, medical equipment parts and dental supplies that require sterilization, dental drill electrical and electronic parts, housings, switches, connectors, and other parts.

■Advantages

・Excellent heat resistance (continuous heat resistance temperature 180℃) - Can withstand severe temperature changes - Maintains rigidity even at high temperatures ・Good creep properties even at high temperatures ・Excellent steam resistance (hydrolysis resistance) ・Good dimensional stability over a wide temperature range (low coefficient of linear expansion) ・Flame retardant (low smoke emission) ・Good fluidity and moldability ・Good food hygiene ・Good chemical resistance (resistant to oil, grease, gasoline, alcohol, etc.)
